    Hurricane Isaac kissed Gulfport

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JonMcDougal says he was surprised to see flooding on his drive home from work at about noon on Tuesday because they hadn't gotten a drop of rain. He says he moved to Gulfport, Mississippi, two days before Hurricane Katrina devastated the region and hasn't seen flooding like this since then.
    - davidw, CNN iReport producer

By noon on Tuesday, Hurricane Isaac made its presence felt on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Scenic HW90 began to flood. Bayous began to overflow. And people started to move to higher ground.

Isaac may be more than one hundred miles away, but we are already seeing signs of his approach!
