    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter phototravel shot this video from the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain, in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans, as Hurricane Isaac's strong winds and rains drenched the area. He says the scene brought back sad memories of Hurricane Katrina 7 years ago
