    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     GerardBraud who used to cover hurricanes as a reporter shot this video Tuesday evening outside his home in Mandeville, LA, as Hurricane Isaac just came ashore. As the weather evolves, he says there is now flooding and no electricity.

    Gerard Braud reports that Hurricane Isaac is not yet affecting the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain. Winds from north are blowing water to New Orleans. High water expected in his yard by morning. Expecting 3-5 feet from the lake.
