    Dune Namibia Africa

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     While vacationing in Africa this summer, DEK216 captured this photo of a Sossusvlei sand dune in the Namib desert. "This area has spectacular views and epic landscapes. You are even allowed to climb the dunes, which was an experience of a lifetime," she says. "I can't explain how excited I was. I had seen this dune on the cover of one of my photography magazines and to be photographing it myself was a dream come true." Her photo was featured as CNN's Travel Photo of the Day for October 17, 2012.
