    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     luvnola shot this video this morning from Mid-City in New Orleans, showing that there has been only very minor damage from Hurricane Isaac so far. "I expected to see more damage as the sun came up this morning," she says. "I am somewhat relieved, but do not want to get a false sense of security."

    Wind and rain is relentless. Odd there hasn't been any thunder or lightning.

     

    Lost power and Cox cable / internet is now out as well.
