    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PSYCHOSiiS arrived in New Orleans from Santa Cruz, California, to cover Hurricane Isaac. He shot this video of waves crashing at the Orleans Marina on Lake Pontchartrain. The freelance photojournalist said it's obvious that the new levees worked: 'There's a huge amount of water a few feet from the floodgates.'
