    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     GerardBraud shot this video today from his home in Mandeville, LA, describing the current conditions of how Hurricane Isaac is affecting the area. Living along the shore of Lake Pontchartrain, he reports that waters are now overflowing from the lake and that he has lost power.
