    Flooding in Charleston, SC

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     South Carolina resident barbarella50 shot this video and photo from her back yard of water overflowing from the streets and creek. "The storm drains were running at full blast. You'll see our neighbor's yard across the way about to lose his seawall," she says. "I've been here for several years and have seen a lot of storms come through, but never anything like this. Thank goodness it was at low tide. Charleston had severe flooding issues throughout the city yesterday."
    - Anika3, CNN iReport producer

Our tidal creek (Orange Grove Creek) is sleepy until yesterday. The rain hit at dead low tide. I've never seen anything like this.
