    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     VMolino captured video of the surging water from Lake Pontchartrain in Slidell, Louisiana, on the morning of August 29. He drove a mile down from his home to captured video of the rushing, which was pouring onto the streets. He says he saw several people on the road cut off by the rising water in the area. Currently, his neighborhood is still experiencing flooding from around two to five feet. 'There is water all around me... it looks like my home is in a lake,' he said.
