    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     VMolino captured a video of the flood waters in Slidell, Louisiana, on August 31. He says the flood waters are anywhere between two feet to five feet high in some areas. He is seeing vehicles being caught in the flood waters, and motorists being cut off from driving around on certain roads.
