3 children severly neglected, one dead! cps supervisors being investigated for tampering evidence

Tiffany Klapheke,21, married to air force man  that's overseas wakes up to 22 month baby dead! BLAMING air force base for not helping with resources w/ post partum depression.. says she wakes up that day and decides to "suck it up and be a good mom" goes in to find baby dead, upon investigation other 2 children sent into icu w/ malnutrition and serious injuries!!! Her sisters that survived are ages 3 and 6 months old. Baby Klapheke autopsy shows burns due to feces, infection due to being left in waste and urination, sunken orbits only weighing 17.5 lbs at time of death. CPS closed a case on them ONLY 6 DAYS prior to childs death!!! Now local CPS office is being investigated due to tampering with evidence, taking home the Klapheke file home and many documents and notes vanishing! Dad comes back from Iraq and files for divorce.. children are still in the state of texas' care.  Father seems to be completely cooperative but local authorities are not successful at this time getting CPS or any of it's workers to open up.  So far 13 people have been questioned and 3 supervisors are in question as to their involvement.  Not even a final visit from CPS was done before the case was closed!
