    In early August Justin Bieber held an online open audition for dancers to be a part of his upcoming BELIEVE Tour. There were thousands of submissions. Here's one from 11 year old Julian DeGuzman of Manalapan NJ. He's hoping he can fulfill one of his dreams to dance on stage with Justin!
