    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JT070289 captured a photo of a storm cloud approaching Polk, Ohio, on September 1. He says many parts of Ohio received little rain over the summer, and that the remnants of Isaac brought some much needed relief to the drying crops in the area. 'We are just happy to see rain, though I feel bad for those in the south that have such a clean up,' he said.
