Hong Kong people unite in protest against "Brainwash Education"
People of all ages came out wearing black and protesting in front of the Hong Kong government's headquarters. Students, teachers, parents, and other concerned individuals are worried that the introduction of a National Education class starting this year, will be a brainwashing red propaganda tool. A few young students as well as two elderly persons had already been on a hunger strike for days. Today, being the first day of the school year, was the final deadline given to the government before further actions such as class boycott are taken. Seems like C.Y. Leung's government is still unmoved by the voice of the people, further proofing he was given an political agenda by China to control and diminish the freedoms of Hong Kong.
