May be one of the worst business in the USA is to rent house, they do not pay, they damage the building and you have to pay, taxes, insurances, mortgage and repair. And you get bad credit as they do not pay. Here is one example.

My name is Amir S Ghiassi and I am a college teacher for languages. I know all languages in the Middle Eastern countries and I know also European languages. Orange County zoning department gave me occupational license for a boarding school in which the students can work, live and learn. After three years activities, the county found out that they did a mistake and they had not to give me such a license as the area was residential and not commercial. They cancelled the license and I lost over 800,000 dollars for their mistake. And also the price of the houses came 50% lower so all my line of credits was frozen by the bank. I had no money to run even the farms of the boarding school.
I had no other choice to rent to regular people. Those they did not pay on time and as the boarding school was nice and fully furnished, and they took what ever they needed by them. As I went to the court to send them out, they stay free in the house and did not pay and damage also the house.
I was living there and the house was too big for me, I thought I can rent part of the house to a family or to students as roommates, so I can get some money to pay the bills. Mr. Ki Ki said to me that he cannot pay his mortgage with is 5500 dollars per month and he was forced to move out of his house as he could not pay. He told me so. He said he can pay easily 2500 dollars per month.
I said I need just one room and the rest he can have. He agreed. The electric, and gas and telephone is in my name. I thought with his help, I can pay the bills easier. But now he did not pay for four months, and he locked the gate and he does not give me the key so I am out of the house. I have no access to the house. I have people, who can help me for agricultural activities, but he does not let me in and his telephone or cellophane do not work and he does not answer. I sent more than 10 faxes to him, he did not answer and his cellophane also does not take any massages. I tried to cooperate with him, but sorrowfully he does not cooperate. If the people do not pay me and occupy me places, how can I pay? We should share the house, but he locked it up and does not pay. I need your help.
I said many times to him, that he should communicate with me, pay me on time and give me a key. He did ignore me. After he moved in he refused also to give me the lease and the copies of his driving license. I have one letter form him, that signed by Mercedes Martin. I have his four T checks and he did not give me the code so I could not cash them. 10.000.00 he had to pay. I have to pay 5000 to the bank for a month and he is not willing to pay half of it and he occupies the whole house and does not share the house with me.
