Air Force One over French Quarter

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mslayd27 shot this video of Air Force One flying over the French Quarter when President Obama visited New Orleans on Monday, September 3, to tour the damage left behind by Isaac. "It was pure coincidence. My family and I had just finished eating in the French Quarter and as we were walking passed St. Louis Cathedral, Air Forced One passed right in front of us," he says. "I was excited because I love airplanes and it is very rare to see Air Force One."
