    Biz Owner says "Congress needs offence not defense"

    I have watched the RNC and now the DNC. I am an African American female. I am registered republican because of my religious views and hopes that they would help small biz owners in the past. However, I am a true democrat when it comes to fighting for the underdog which more than anyone in America is the lower middle class, the working class. I am a hard working mother, wife, minister, business owner. My husband is a hardworking minister, father, husband and business owner as well. During this recession, we became 100% self employed but not by choice. We have been up and down like a rollercoaster. Working 14 hour days, pounding the phones by day and putting in applications for a job by night. I had tears the day that my kids were complaining 2 days in a row that we only had oatmeal and beans. Now we haven't missed a meal, but I thought I'd be a millionaire by now. I have a Finance degree and a MBA in marketing. My husband has his doctorate. But we are working our businesses, and last month we both had to get jobs. Yes, now my husband works 50 hours for another job and our maid service as well. I am working about 16 hours and the businesses still with no insurance. Yes, we qualify for medicaid until our first checks but will lose it when we report our new earnings although we still get mortgage notes monthly.

    Im frustrated. I have heard the speaches and I am impressed by the eloquent words however I need a plan. Can each candidate give a simple romal numbered outline on what you will do and what you have done the next and last 12 months. give us a list of congressman that we need to replace because they have blocked all of our Presidents' efforts so that we can vote in some new blood. Defense is ok but you know what its time for some offense in this economy. let's sit down those offering no ideas but only political mumbo jumbo!!!! #momandwifebizowner #businessowner #fanofobama
