    Great Food from the CNN Grill

    What a way to start off my first day at the DNC by sampling the menu at the CNN Grill.

     

    That ice tea was perfect to wash down some great charred corn and tomato salad, blackened grouper, and classic cobb salad without bacon.

     

    I have to point out the creamy macaroni and cheese. I grew up with mac and cheese being a staple in my family's diet. I am very picky when it comes to my macaroni and cheese. I have to say this is the best I have ever had in my lifetime. It was perfect!

     

    Besides the delicious banana pudding and chocolate and vanilla milkshakes, the best desert was the bill.

     

    I just had to come in after listening to Michelle Obama's speech and cap off the great day with CNN's special brew.
