    Kindergarten jitters

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Close family friend, dlratman says she thought it was funny to see 5-year-old Natalie so nervous about her first day of school when she is usually rambunctious and eager to tackle anything new. "She’s usually so outgoing, confident and happy, so the photo was a huge and humorous contrast to her normal mood," she says. "But she loved her first day and made a new friend. Although she was appalled by the time-outs that some boys received from her teacher. She said she’s going to make sure she never gets those timeouts!"

    All summer, Natalie Potzler was thrilled about going to Kindergarten...until reality hit, the first day of school in Buena Park, California.  Not even Uncle Tyler (pictured) could calm her fears. But, by the end of the day, the jitters were gone, and kindergarten was no big deal !!!
