    Bill Clinton claim proven true.

    Bill gave an excellent speech filled with facts and one was listed on twitter.

     

     

    Clinton's claim that since 1961, GOP presidents have created 24M jobs, while Dem ones have created 42M jobs, PolitiFact rates that true.
