    Venue Change Because of Weather ?

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CrystalNC told me she was surprised to hear the venue for President Obama's speech was moved. 'It was overcast about 2:00 and the sun was out all afternoon and evening. There were just a few speckled high white clouds.' There was, however, a brief thunderstorm near what was to be the site of President Obama's convention speech.
