Barack Obama Speech Oh Don't Hate Me

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     KCRep told me, 'What swayed me is when he told us about all the things he did, like how bailing out the auto industry saved so many jobs. How he has cut oil imports, and how he will help the veterans returning home. He said so much, I wish he would have told us all about the things he has done. I had no idea about them. A dirty campaign will turn me off of both of them, would sway me not to vote at all.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

To all my fellow Republicans I ask for your forgiveness for what I am about to say. Please note I am easily swayed, I have been all my life. I have been a Republican all my life and have never voted for a Democrat but, after listening very carefully to President Obama's speech I just might be voting for him. My stipulation of that would be the next few months, if the campaigning stays as nasty as it's been on both sides, I just might not vote at all. President Obama made so much sense to me tonight. I wish he had been telling us all along what he has been doing. If what he said in his speech about all he's done is correct then he has my vote.

Republicans please, don't hate me, I really listened to this speech expecting to trash it. I can't.
