    Obama and Dad.

CNN showed my Father, Jose Z. Calderon, a delegate from California, on the television listening to Obama's speech today. My Father has used his life in service to others and continues to fight for equal rights in undeserved communities. He is the type of contributing citizen that strives for a better change that Obama talks about. This picture of a television camera fade from my Father's face deep in thought, to Obama's face addressing the nation, symbolizes that we are part of Obama and Obama is part of us. Two citizens deep in thought sharing similar ideals and hope for a better America through struggle and collective efforts.
