this is about women safety, in Delhi, India's capital wearing of helmet for riding/pillion riding is optional, the motor vehicle act has this rule, which says helmet is mandatory for men but optional for women.
I am running this campaign on women safety and helmet, for the last 2 and a half years. when i saw some of the interviews on TV channels regarding this issue there were women who said beauty is more important to them than safety.
