This is about a gender bias prevailing all over the world and India is not different. when it comes to issues related to women they are treated as second class citizens world over and our country is no different.
This is about a gender biased law which makes it mandatory for men to wear helmet while riding two wheelers in India's capital Delhi. But for women its optional, as a result many women die in road accidents due to head injury.
Even after sustained campaign on this issue the Government has not amended the rule.
