    FLOOD IN BROOKLYN

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     vijay718 says he was working in Brooklyn, New York, on the morning of September 8, when the area was hit with torrential rainfall. He says the heavy rainfall lasted for more than an hour and brought flooding inside and outside the place he works on Avenue D. He says the street outside was completely flooded and the water was up to his ankles. He says the rain has now stopped and the flood waters are quickly receding.
