    A Chamber of Commerce picture perfect Saturday at Venice Beach in California. The only problem is that no one was there.The norm anymore rather than the exception as few can afford to park, eat and enjoy themselves at the beach anymore. The discretionary money for such is simply not available to many families.Pictures taken from around noon till we left around 1:30 Saturday September 8 2012
