    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     The iReporter, a factory worker, came across the protesting Chicago Public School teachers at a school on West 31st street and Lawndale Avenue on nis way home from work on Monday morning. He is sympathetic to their demands. 'I think CPS needs to give them better raises and better benefits.'
