If we do a mistake we have to pay or compensate it, but if the government made a mistake it is fine. We cannot sue the government and we are the victim of government. The government by doing a mistake can destroy our capital and our life and that is fine. Because we cannot sue the government and they are free to destroy us and it is fine. Than what is the different between the land of opportunities and the other countries that they are dictatorship? Can you sue the dictator like Ghadafi or Sadam? No, you could not sue them, they will put you in jail or they may be also killing you, or they may get mercy concerning you and pay you. But how is in the land of opportunities? They many not kill you and they just destroy you so bad that it is more than killing. They take all your money and all your capital by a mistake and they do not let you work. So if you do not kill yourself, your spirit will be killed anyway, in dictatorship countries you may get the mercy of the dictator and he/she may help you, but here it is not possible the system is useless and indifferent. They ignore you and they do not care.
Even you can give bribe and or ask bitterly, the dictatorship countries may have some sort of compensations for you, but here you are totally ignored and you have to pay the expensive attorney to get your right. It is also possible that you pay a lot of money if you have in advance and you do not get your right, too.
In so called free countries, you have to be very careful, because this freedom can be misused by many people and robe you and you cannot also claim, because the court system is too expensive and too complicated. My friend has a lot of checks from people and about 7 years is after cashing them, and nobody care. The insurance companies did not pay, and he hires attorneys and for 6 years nothing is happening everything is fine. The Orange County made a mistake and issued a false occupational license and they are not willing to compensate and the attorneys say, they cannot sue the local government they are free to make mistake and we cannot sue them. But it is fine we are responsible to pay, even we are robbed from many sides. There is no organization that will come after you and help you. The whole system is useless and or indifferent.
What can you do, you should not buy anything here, especially with bank money, because the people think you are rich and robe you and you have to pay back to the bank with high interest and fine and late fee. Do not take any loan and any mortgage if you are not hundred present sure, you can pay. You will lose all your down payment and also the money which has been stolen. My friend house is five times robbed, the police are useless and the insurance companies do not pay. So do not buy anything that you cannot manage directly and you have to trust people, here you cannot trust nobody as in the dictatorship countries. It is not better, but may be even worse. The people and the system like in the third world are useless or indifferent if not cruel.
It is good that in the third world they do not loan you, because the inflation is so high and the bank will lose money. What ever you have that is yours and if the people robe it, they robbed you. But here it is bank money, they robe you have to pay and if you cannot pay, they destroy your life, they damage your credit, and no one is willing to hire you. The people robbed you and you are punished and you cannot work? That is also sort of democracy in the west. The only honest people are persecuted and punished.
If in the third world you can pay bribe and or you can have friend to help you, here all these ways are also locked up. That is a different system and if you know it, you will be safe. Do not buy anything if you cannot pay cash, do not take any loan and do not use the credit cards. The people robe you and you are responsible and have to be punished. Nobody care here and nobody also listen to you. Over there you cannot speak and if you can speak some people have feeling for you and act in your favors, here no body is willing even to listen. There is freedom of speech but nobody listen and they are highly indifferent.
You cannot sue the government even if you lost all your capital and you are totally destroyed.
