    UPDATE: Fire on Casper Mountain. Casper, Wyoming. First reported to: ireport@cnn.com around 7:45p.m. (mountain standard time) Sunday September 9th, 2012 «UPDATE 11:55P.M.» The fire has now burned over 500 acres and has forced evacuations of atleast 400 people from their homes. The fire is not contained and firefighters can not currently fight the blaze due to rough terrain and no access roads.
