    Salute to troops

    Happy 20th MK3 Feaster!

My name is Linda Feaster, I was diagnosed w/ breast cancer this Summer. My daughter MK3 Madeline Feaster, who is in the USCG graduated from A School on August 17th, 2012. I postponed my surgery so I could walk into my daughters graduation unassisted. What a very proud moment for, me, my husband Tom, Maddie's brother Tommy, sister Rose, Grandparents, all family & friends! My daughter, was granted extra leave to help in my recuperation, she has been my rock, my best friend & spirit throughout these last few weeks (& her whole life) while I recuperate & move to the next fase of my fight against cancer. I would like to salute my daughter MK3 Feaster, Madeline on October 18, 2012 as she turns 20 years young on her Cutter The USS Sherman. Presently she is driving across our fine Country to get to her post (of the next 3 years) in San Diego, CA. This would be such an honor for all of us here in New York to give a big shout out to this very brave young woman, who has done so much in her 20 years. So happy birthday Maddie, we are so proud of you, we salute you & thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will see you upon your return to port, for sure. We love you w/ all of our hearts. Mom, Tom, Tommy, Rose & all of your family & friends. Stay safe!
