President Obama speaks to Laplace La. residents.
I have visited this area before and the homes are really nice. So sad to see what they are going through. Katrina missed them last time but her brother came this time. Hopefully they can get levee protection but it took New Orleans awhile to get decent protection and I don't know if I trust that fully.
