    Photo shows an airplane as it takes off from the runway of the Corfu airport .I took this photo several meters up in one of the tavernas in Kanoni, a town 5kms from Corfu, as the plane reached the end of the runway.

    Tourists go to this town to get a close-up view of airplanes as these land and take- off at the runway.
