Graffiti Mecca to be Demolished- Part 2 - CNN International
The artistic work around 5-pointz building is endangered by demolition. The well perceived previous article that displayed some of this fantastic street art, prompted the producers of CNN International to request more images to display and share with viewers. I am encouraged to share these photos as some has started a movement to stop the developer from going with his plans. It is important to understand the difference between how unique the 5-Pointz is and the right of ownership to replace it. Almost half of the US National Historic Landmarks are privately owned but the Historic Site Act protected them from demolition. More than 15000 individuals have signed an online petition to save this icon, do your part and sign it too if you think it should be saved.
