    The 19th Angel Festival is upcoming, Sat. Oct. 6 in Memorial Park in Sierra Madre, CA. This annual family festival is a dress-up affair prior to Halloween. All the vendors and many attendees will be wearing angel costumes as is the tradition. If you do wear an angel costume you will receive a $5 off coupon redeemable at any booth. If your name is "Angel" you will receive a free angel book. http://www.theangelfestival.com
