In the time I was student in Germany, I should pay for the mistake of other students who were rich and came from Middle Eastern countries or as they said Moslem countries. As you know in the Middle East, the relation between female and male is very hard and restricted. The schools are separated and boys generally have no access to the girls until they are university students, in the past. For this reason sort of love without sex is there. That does not mean the sex is completely out, but it is a taboo and is very secret. Now the rich Middle Eastern students came to the free Germany and they had a lot of money so they were attracted by a lot of different girls. And sorrowfully they misused the other culture. In Germany at that time sex with love was accepted. That means if a girl feels that you love her and you paid good for her and took her in the expensive places, she was ready to have sex with you. That action was in Middle East impossible or very secret.
The boys used the girls and made them also pregnant and as they did not understand sex with love, they run away and let the girls be back as a cheap stupid girl sort of prostitute. That is clear that the German were angry with Middle Eastern students who played with their girls. But the rich ones were not close to them, they were in best places and spent good money and had another lady friends around them. We have to pay their cost. The Germans were angry and did not rent us a room. They said Ja Ja , you will rent a room and bring our girls there and made fiki fiki. So we the middle class students could not rent a room, because the rich people from Middle East had sexual relationship with the German girls.
I went to Germany with a lot of love and hope, but the situation was different. Later I was teacher there, the position was completely different. I was a very beloved teacher and the students and parent liked me and respected me a lot. May be my best years of my life was the time I was teacher in German schools. I had a lot of handsome boys and beautiful girls under my control; they were nice, friendly polite and brought a lot of culture from home. And I enjoyed that time very much. I said few months ago to a principal of a German school that those years I was teacher in German school was my best years. Later I was also in Iran teacher in Tehran American School and again a lot of nice boys and girls were my students. They were polite and friendly. But in the USA I had not such a good time. The system did not like that I teach seriously. Even the parents were against that. A mother told me, my son come to school having fun with the girls, you forced him every day to learn and asked him every day. And after that the assistant principal yield on me why you disturb the boy, let him sit in the class and have fun?
Most students were nice, but as you know it is enough to have just two or three bad students in the class, they can change the atmosphere of the class badly. I was also teacher at the Seminole Community college and many students wanted to have extra class and extra hours. My house was in a subdivision and the home owners association did not like me to have students at home. They asked me to go to the county and find a solution.
I went to the Orange County and they told me, if I buy houses in the county with acres, they will give me occupational license. I bought the houses and they gave me. But after three year of operation as I put all my saving and time in this school, they found out that they did a mistake and they gave me occupational license wrongly. My houses in the county were in the residential area. So they cancelled them. I said you did a mistake and I will lose over 800,000 dollars. How can I pay this money to the bank? They told me I can go to Florida Bar and find an attorney to sue them?
Now after so many years that I went to the different offices, an attorney told me, we cannot sue the county, they have immunization, you cannot sue the local government. They can make any mistake and they are fine. You have to pay for their mistake. But how can I 800,000 dollars. 200,000 dollars were my saving and 600,000 dollars were banks and credit cards monies.
I had no other choice to rent the houses to regular people, they destroyed the house and did not pay, I had to go to the court to send them out, they got more angry and destroyed more in the time that sheriff came, they left a damage house back for me. I have to pay to repair everything they damaged and take. The police did a report, but they could not do any serious action about their stealing. The stole what ever they need and or they could sell. And the insurance companies did not pay the water damages and other damages, they just pay a company to dry the carpet for one week and that was all what they paid. I should hire an attorney to sue them and now over one year passed and still I am waiting for to the paperwork of sue?
The checks the tenant gave me are bad checks and they cannot be cashed. Again I have to pay taxes, insurances, mortgages, repair, but the tenants do not even pay the rent with good checks which can be cashed. Now my credit history got very bad and the company that I passed the exam does not hire me, because I have bad credit. I try to negotiate with the bank of America to settle down and make a contract with them, that I work and pay from my salary the payment, even they can garnish a good present of my salary and I hope they will do it. I said to them if you do not let me work, how can I pay you more money?
As you see my dream was different and the reality was different than the Tehran American School in Tehran. As an American citizen I think I should have some type of right or? The county made mistake and I have to pay for their mistake, is it fair? They destroy my capital and my life and that is fine? What do in the land of dictatorship, they do the same. They take the capital of people by force and here by law and mistake? What is the different, in both countries you will be the victim or? All these robbing happened to me and I have to be punished, is it fair? I worked honestly for more than 35 years as a college teacher, and they took all my saving by their mistake, is it Justice? Was it my mistake that I trusted the local government documents, signatures and stamps? They do not honor their own documents. If you cannot trust the local government, whom you should trust? Or insurance companies they took all my money and they are not willing to pay? Was it again my fault that I trusted them?
The system pays trillions dollars for hate and war, but not for education. In my boarding school the students could have work and live and be helped in their school materials. Is that a bad thing? Is it my reward that I helped the students?
Attorney said she can get my license back if I pay her 3000 dollars in advance. Again I pay and again they will make a mistake? How can I now trust them?
More than 20 students of mine even with PhD degrees had suicide here, why? Because the system block all the ways and the people have no hope. They suicide or the kill other people as they did in other states. That should also be a warning. The system should not be cruel or indifferent.
If we want our children be successful, we should support the Justice. Why so many people sue drugs? They get upset? I think most problems can be solved if we have a real justice in the world or?
