    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     allisonadele says she's been a teacher since 2007 and says she gets a lot of inspiration from her students. "I wanted people to see that some of us teach because we find a lot of joy in it. We like it despite the issues that plague us as educators," she says.

    I teach because no matter how hard it is to deal with administration, or parents, or the pay, by the end of the day, I have seen at least one child smile.
