    Dear Mr. President Barack H. Obama:  What were the interest rates during the Clinton Administration and the Kennedy Administration.  "I had a dream?"  "Everyone gets a piece of the pie."  We have Home Equity loans bailing out maxxed-out credit cards, leaning toward foreclosure.  Balance the Treasury of funds for an increase in Minimum wage.
