    Personal Freedoms Taken Away?

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DaElmersBack told me, 'How is it that the drink is the only ban? Working in fast food, many people come and buy just the drink. Those people will simply stop at the nearest gas station and buy the large size for more money. In the end, this will cost people more money.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

New York health board approves ban on large sodas? New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has finally pushed through his plan to do away with drinks larger than 16 oz. Who gives him the right to take away the "Personal Freedoms" of Americans? "As the size of sugary drinks has grown, so have our waistlines.." said Bloomberg..

Whats next? Limiting how many drinks one person can have? I mean, what really stops a person now from just getting an extra drink? If a person orders a large (16 oz) and then adds another drink.. It defeats his whole purpose. I mean really, this plan will cause those "waistlines" to grow even more!

BTW- Are the X-Large Fries still available?
