Hurricane Isaac: After the Storm

Having never flooded before, the threat of more floods is too great with the "Great Wall" now in place. The "Great Wall" is how the residents of Braithwaite refer to the federal levee that was built after Katrina. This 32 foot high levee stops at Braithwaite excluding this town of 2500 from Federal Levee Protection.
