    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Geraldo05 captured a video of San Antonio Mayor, Julian Castro, speaking at a voter registration rally in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 15. He says a highlight from the rally was getting to hear Mayor Castro's behind the scene details from the Democratic National Convention. 'He is a very charismatic gentleman and a very effective speaker. He is also very down to earth. He spoke to people individually with such ease and patience,' he said.
