    Tribute in Light installation illuminates New York City, pays tribute to 9/11 victims.
    For the 11th time The Tribute in Light, which was composed of 88 searchlights was installed west of the former Ground Zero, first blazed on the six-month anniversary of the worst terror attack on American soil.
    Many spectators came to watch it,pray, give a tribute and show they didn't forget and they never will.
