    Harassment in Arizona

Harassment of home owners in Scottsdale Arizona. August 15, 2012 I am a twenty year plus resident of Scottsdale Arizona and I would like to inform your readers of a disturbing and illegal practice that has been employed against home owners in our state. Approximately eight years ago I became aware of the fact that an individual or individuals have been harassing me in my home and at work. The harassment tactics that have been employed by these people include following me in my car, phone taps, interfering with my mail by stealing important documents such as credit card and bank account information. There has also been attempts to put video cameras in and around my home The people that I am writing about have rented condo's on three sides of the condo that I have owned for over twenty years. They have shouted at me through the walls such things as “move or we'll kill you and make look like and accident.” They have also threatened my family whom live in another state. They have broken into my condo and stollen things like my spare door keys, spare car key and other items. They shouted through the walls that they have camera's in my home and that they have posted pictures of me on the internet on a reality site. They have ruined the engine in my car once and now have possibly ruined a second engine in my car. There is also physical evidence that my home electrical wiring has been tampered with to steal power and also water from my condo. I am now in dispute with the local power company. “The Salt River Project,” over electrical bills which are not mine. When I have tried to involve the Scottsdale police to stop these criminals, I was told that there is very little that can be don unless I can identify the individual's involved, while they are harassing me. After making three reports of vandalism I was informed that I would be arrested if I continued to file complaints of harassment. The questions friends and relatives ask are “why and who would harass someone for so many years? And, “how someone could harass someone with out getting in trouble with the law enforcement agencies in Arizona?” After so many years of harassment and hearing the endless threats against my life and my family and friends, I have been able to investigate some the the possible reasons for this unending harassment. What I have found as possible reasons for the harassment are s follows'  As a result of the continuing recession, there seems to be an organized effort to force people out of their ho
