    El día de hoy, 15 de Septiembre del 2012, a l rededor de las 4:30 pm arribo a la glorieta Cuauhtémoc, ubicada en zona Río, un grupo de choque en contra de la manifestación “Grito sin PRI”. Llegaron en un camión con el nombre de un centro de rehabilitación, de aquí de Tijuana, escoltados por policías municipales.
