So here we are located near Pittsburgh Pa , doing something not really done here , John Unitys founder is a hospice nurse actually i need to brag a little he is hospice nurse of the year out of 17 thousand ! and hes my husband we started uinty because we saw a need wishes were granted for little ones but hey how about those big kids ? And so we begin , a few yrs have passed alot of television and newpaper coverage , and wishes granted by George Jones ,Hank Jr. Loretta Lynn Josh Turner ,JOhn Cena, Kris Kunitz ,Janice Dickenson yes the supermodel< Anthony Madison ,Paranormal State, and others ,we have done reunions weddings, fishing trips concerts , christmas in may with tree toys and dinner for a mother who knew she wouldnt be there on christmas most recently we did a wedding September ! planned and carried out in 24 hours take a moment and watch this http://youtu.be/bx6gCPwcoRY our website is always behind a bit , our 11 yo van is always in the shope this time for 2 months , we make very little money but look at www.unityajourneyofhope.org it amazes me what we have done 107 wishes granted and iv never had one we couldnt make come true now heres my Question how do we get noticed ? we have no support no corporate sponsors , not even a contact for hotels and meals and certianly not air planes , but we are getting it done !! we need to know what will make people sit up and take notice! We arnt getting any younger here and the wishes come in faster than i can handle at times , we need help we need funding , we need to be noticed ,, Sadly no matter what im doing where i call ,from sports teams to Kohls dept store im shut down told im sorry we only work with children ,but hey here i stand with the big kids who paid the price fought the wars waved the terrible towel and they are dying , we need someone to care there people matter if not to anyone else they matter to us unitys staff has the biggest heart and they all beat the same tune , so kelly where do we find people who want to share this mission and make a difference? where are the grant writers the philianthripist that have the world to give ? where are the the people that know how to promote these things ? we have looked for a spokesperson for 6 yrs someone who will say ,,, HEY THIS IS SOMEHING TO BELIEVE IN ,,, could that someone be you ? im sure i am off track and have rambled on ,,, but im frustrated really ,,i just want these adults that are leaving this earth to matter !Bobbi Robinson wish co ordinater 239 town country road vanderbilt pa. 15486 724 677 4789
