Travel photo of the day |
Flowers and Glaciers
This is where the Chateau Lake Louise sits on this great blue lake with a view west.
Flowers are still blooming though frost has already hit and snow has hit the Rockies in some high places.
Smoke fills the autumn air and the days are growing shorter and cooler. Soon winter will be here and skiers will fill the slopes.
We paused for a few hours to take in autumn and lunch. The Chateau Lake Louise is one of the great 6 star hotels in the world.
A blue sky day in Alberta. So clear and calm.
Along the line of smokey hills
The crimson forests stand
And all day long
The Blue Jays call
Throughout the Autumn lands.
All photos taken with the new Panasonic LX-7.
Great job, but every few frames the camera fails and the images are corrupt. Would not buy it again.
Still carry my film and Canon full frame cameras. Never a failed shot.
