    I would like to support the young men and women dedicating their lives to military service through the ROTC programs in college, specifically Penn State University Navy ROTC. I am amazed at their commitment at such a young age to service their country. As I watch SALUTE the TROOPS in the morning with Robin, I think it is important that we take note of the younger men waiting in the wings . . . .
