An Ohio mother hired a contractor to do work in her home after being out of her home for over a year and five moths. This contractor started back in January 2011 and just signed off of the job in June 2011 now after he signed off of the job he is looking for more money. He even went as far as having the insurance company put his name on her checks with out even signing any kind of agreement. For him to do this now she is a senior citizen.  She is still out of her home after a being out of her home for over a year now her home was broken into and the pluming was taken out. This was caused because of the contractor who was only interested in getting her money. I just wouldn't want any one to experience this kind of situation. This contractor has been paid and was to have paid her rent after this insurance company stopped paying her rent back in October 2012. So she has been out of her home from this date until todays date September 2012. The Insurance company has been allowing the contractor to have her check made out to the contractor. With out the home owners knowledge the insurance compny is hleping these contractors steal money. From senior citziens who are unaware the situation.
