    Severe weather hits the Putnam County New York area today as dozens of Tornado warning can be heard on the WEATHER N.O.A.A. ADVISORY CHANNELS. I am in Carmel, NY and the wind is picking up quite quickly here ans is expected to get worse as some warnings around the East coast alert people of possible Tuesday September 18th 2012 6:15pm est.
