Apple security is nearly invisible for the pre-order list. Hackers just need to access one of their pre-order list and then cancel the order immediately. The following is one of the Pre-order link that has been cancelled:

Hackers just need to change the last four digit of the link and can access to other Pre-order list and cancel the order
